The IRIS is a structured interview to measure conceptual potential by exploring the theme of work a person feels most comfortable with. In essence it is used to match one’s work in such a way to prevent boredom or frustration in the job.
CPA (Career Path Appreciation)
The CPA is a one-on-one interview which reveals information about how individuals prefer to approach work and decision-making, and how this is going to change or develop in the future. The CPA touches on the individual’s contextual potential, i.e. the capability to produce contextually appropriate solutions even in the absence of previously acquired skills or knowledge. This provides a significant framework for the development of organisations and the individual’s career path.
