Assessment and associated value adding workshops

We only use assessment tools registered at the Health Professional Council of South Africa. We are also licensed to use all SHL tools, including the online options. Our principal consultant is an associate of BIOSS SA and we are licensed by Aprolab.

Assessment Centres: All our assessment centres are benchmarked against world-class specifications and we encourage our clients to at least assess the following constructs: Personality, ability/aptitude and behaviour, an additional option would be to assess potential.

A maximum of six people is preferred for an assessment centre. The cost includes the reports, personal development plans and feedback – on the second or third day of the centre. If the centre is conducted at our offices it would include all lunches and refreshments.

Organisations who have the capacity to conduct psychometric testing, often request us to only conduct behavioural exercises. We offer the option of only conducting these exercises.


Before developing behavioural exercises, competencies are validated for a specific role, for example, senior management. The cost is included in the price if the development of a exercise is also requested by a client. Clients have exclusive use of the exercise and no royalty fees are applicable. Cost of development also includes training of the relevant personnel in the full use of the exercise and assistance when using the instrument for the first time.

All exercises include the competency model with behavioural attributes, assessors' guide and role-players' guide.
