More than 7 years ago TSM Consulting opened its doors in Durbanville, a management consulting company that was created because of a passion to add value through organisational development initiatives

The passion we had, the inspiration we received –and still receive– from our clients. We are currently based in Paarl but provide services both nationally and internationally.

We work and live accordingly to very specific values:
