Client Service Consultant

One of our Clients, a large financial institution, currently has a vacancy available for an experienced and motivated Client Services Consultant: Communication Centre. They are based in Tygervalley.

The person will be responsible for all client contact (telephone, e-mail and walk in)

Job duties:

  • Ensuring that the highest level of client service is provided to all clients (internal, IFA’s and investors)
  • Assisting clients with investment administration queries
  • Providing investment and product information to IFA’s and investors
  • Assisting the Communication Centre with telephonic enquiries when required
  • Involved in ad-hoc client services projects

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a Grade 12
  • Must have a relevant financial qualification / degree
  • At least (1) one year experience in a finance or investment industry will be essential
  • Must be computer literate (Ms Office products)

  • Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English and Afrikaans)
