Finance Administration Assistant

Western Cape

Our client in the Property Investment business is looking for a young, dynamic Finance Administration Assistant with accounting experience or interest in accounting. The available position is in Durbanville.

Key resposibilities:

  •  Assistance with day to day administration for finance department
  •  Filing/Scanning
  •  Drafting of letters
  •   Stationary orders and maintenance
  •   Staff refreshments orders and maintenance
  •   Summarising of client information on Excel
  •   Requesting client information for tax deadlines
  •   Follow up with clients regarding services
  •   Booking SARS appointments, filling out forms and accompanying clients to SARS
  •   Adhoc administrations duties as needed

Training will be provided on all duties.

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Grade 12
