Intermediate Clerk

Somerset-West

One of our Clients, specializing in the Health Services, currently has a vacancy available for an Intermediate Clerk. They are based in Somerset-West.

The person will be responsible for data capturing, giving the necessary support to the senior clerks and provide feedback to the task and line manager.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (with Accounting as a subject)
  • Must have an N6 in Finance
  • Accounting package knowledge will be advantageous
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in an accounting environment will be essential
  • Computer literacy (MS Office packages)

Competencies Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Ability to execute instructions correctly
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a team

The candidate must be willing to work overtime and have their own transport.
