My client is an international industry leader in the product based industry and has a career opportunity available for

an experienced Customer Service Representative who will be the organisations ambassador to their esteemed clients.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for executing the regions export process and providing customer service aligned with business strategies in compliance with exceptional quality and service. This will include amongst others:

  • Order management – Collaborate with supply chain partners to determine the most effective way to execute order to customer
  • Enter export sales order in SAP
  • Communicate with customers on order execution
  • Coordinate order execution with logistics, warehouses, transportation partners, finance and credit
  • Work with Master Data, Global Trade Management and Treasury for setting up and screening new partners
  • Monitor and review timeline for management and execution of order

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a product based industry
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Must have working knowledge of SAP
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to speak Arabic advantageous
