Sales Coordinator
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about sales? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to oversee and enhance the performance of our Sales Representatives. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the flow of our services and products to consumers, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory and Quota Management: Assign territories and quotas to the sales team, ensuring balanced distribution and optimal coverage.
- Training and Scheduling: Coordinate training programs and schedules for sales staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Sales Materials Management: Maintain inventory of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures, to support the sales team.
- Data Analysis: Analyse customer shopping data to optimize sales strategies and identify potential customers.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the quotas and goals of each sales team member, providing regular updates and insights.
- Order Management: Enter order information accurately into the company database, ensuring smooth processing.
- Client Support: Address client inquiries regarding their accounts or sales products, providing excellent customer service.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, research/design, and finance teams to optimise sales efforts and strategies.
Requirements for Sales Coordinator Role:

Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but essential.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role, typically ranging from 2-5 years.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and interpret results.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to support the sales team and improve processes.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records, manage sales materials, and ensure precision in order processing.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries professionally.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software and sales databases is advantageous.
