Ina Vermeulen – Project Coordinator
Ina has been with TSM Consulting since 2016 first on a part-time basis and since January 2018 in a full-time capacity. She coordinates projects such as employee engagement surveys, client service surveys and training, and assists with services and projects related to organisational and employee development as well as facilitating workshops when needed.
Ina has a social work background with more than 20 years of experience in the social work field, mainly child protection, as a social worker and social work manager. She was part of the development and coordination of several volunteer programmes, skills development, research projects focussing on OVC and HIV, and policies and procedures pertaining to child protection.

Candice Davis – Managing Partner TSM Talent Solutions
Candice joined TSM Talent Solutions in 2020 as a Managing Partner. Her responsibilities include business development, recruitment and selection as well as client liaison.
Candice started her career in 2007 as a recruitment consultant. In 2011 she first specialised in talent acquisition and later as a talent manager. Her experience includes in particular talent reviews, functional succession planning and leadership development, implementation of a career management framework, and talent acquisition process management. She has demonstrated experience in compiling search strategies to ensure attraction, development and retention of staff, with a keen interest in scarce skills roles. Her more recent experience was within the healthcare environment where there is a global shortage of scarce skills and which requires strategic direction and execution to fully utilise its most important asset – people.
As a specialist within multiple sectors, Candice has gained extensive knowledge which she can leverage to provide her clients with a competitive advantage within the marketplace.

Phathi is a Partner and Senior Consultant at TSM Talent Solutions. Her responsibilities include business development, recruitment research and HR administration.

She has acquired significant experience in HR-related administration, project management and administration of assessments.
