HR Practitioner

Our client, a leader in the Packaging Industry, has a vacancy for an experienced HR Practitioner based in Epping.



  • Ensure the correct application of all Company policies and procedures.


  • Implement and maintain sound HR Administration practices.


  • Responsible for payroll input to Shared Services and ensuring no payroll queries.


  • Effective Recruitment and Selection


  • Accurately compiling monthly HR reports /Training Reports


  • Manpower Planning and movements


  • Effective handling of various HR-related queries


  • Arrange and attend disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings and IR-related issues.


  • Arrange and minute monthly Union & Transformation meetings.


  • Responsible for H.R company Inductions




  • B degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR in a manufacturing union environment


  • Excellent Computer skills and familiar with HR systems


  • Good working knowledge of S.A Labour laws


  • Understanding of business principles and HR environment


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


  • Ability to work independently & under pressure.


  • Strong Leadership skills
