Industrial Ministry: Networking and Relations Manager, Western Cape Region

Primary role:

To maintain and develop sustainable relationship and networks in order to support the various markets and workplaces by effectively implementing the mission and vision of Industrial Ministry. 

Key Responsibilities:

– Maintaining and developing existing networks and identifying new networks for the sustainable growth of Industrial Ministry at the regional and community levels.    

Maintaining and establishing sustainable relationships (internal and external) and support and manage the development, expansion and maintenance of the service providers’ database and the CRM system.   

Involve and consult experts to provide business intelligence and analysis, as well as assisting in identifying marketplace trends and compiling analytics reports to provide information and guidance regarding Industrial Ministry programmes.

Support marketing initiatives which enhance the visibility and value of Industrial Mission.

  Support effective financial management by compiling a realistic budget with the relevant parties, and efficiently attend to monthly payments, budget variances and funding.                                                                                                                                       

 Provide effective leadership and advice regarding the development, accreditation and implementation of programmes.

  Effective and efficient administration, e.g., attendance of meetings, ensuring minutes are kept, formulating and communication of agendas, resolution of any issues, etc. 

  Professional participation in projects, and relevant support, guidance and project management.

 

  Minimum Requirements:

 Applicable Degree

 

Experience:

At least 15 years’ experience, of which 2-3 years have been in a senior general management position with an emphasis on networking and relationship building.
