TRANSFER, AUTOMISATION AND MEMORY (TRAM II)
The battery is intended for individuals with 10 to 12 years of education and measures six elements namely Learning Rate, Transfer of Knowledge and Skills, Memory and Understanding, Speed of work, Accuracy of work and Conceptual Reasoning. Administration of this battery takes 2 hours 45 minutes.
ABILITY, PROCESSING OF INFORMATION AND LEARNING BATTERY (APIL-B)
This battery is intended for candidates with at least 12 years of education. The APIL indicates the individual’s intellectual adaptability rather than his or her already acquired skills or abilities. This instrument is quite useful in establishing levels in order to place people in the correct positions and serves as a method to determine any further training and development interventions.
The APIL Shortened Version (SV) is an abridged version of the original battery and takes 2 hours to administer in comparison to 3 hours and 45 minutes.
