Job Description

Our client, situated in Kuilsriver, have an available position for a Human Resource Administrator at their well-established grocery store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Administering the full administrative process
  • Payroll Administration
  • Submit accurate employee information/changes to payroll outsourcing service provider
  • Processing claims / terminations with necessary service providers Learning & Development
  • Sourcing, booking, and arranging training
  • Maintaining all training records, registers, invoices, and certificates Administrative Processes
  • Ensure all administrative processes relating to employment are in line with business policies and processes
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
  • On-boarding and Off-boarding of employees i.e., ensure smooth process in line with business policies and processes
  • Organize and maintain employee records electronically
  • Loading new employees, managing data, updating any changes for existing employees
  • Assisting with arranging employee wellness and HR projects
  • Administrative support to the business in line with projects and/or ad hoc requests Employee Relations and Compliance
  • Assisting with preparations for any IR matters/processes
  • Ensuring requirements are in place for DOL inspections
  • Ensure that the department/division complies with all the relevant legislation

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • National Certificate / HR Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Administration role (Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted)
