Our client, a thriving company in the beauty sector is looking to employ a self-motivated, career-driven and innovative individual, to join their beauty salon as Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff productivity and ensure that business objectives are met.
• Monitor and motivate staff
• Ensure good customer service and maintain good relationships with clients
• Engage with supplies
• Procurement of products and ensure that stock is available at all times
• Manage stock taking
• Ensure a safe and clean salon environment

Key Requirements and Competencies:

• A minimum of 3years experience in a management or supervisory role
• Customer orientated
• Good interpersonal skills
• Result driven
• Pro-active and excellent problem-solving skills
• Accurate and attention to detail
• Excellent MS Office skills
• People management skills
