Our client, a retail organisation is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team in Kuilsriver.

Duties & Responsibilities

To manage and lead the store effectively by ensuring every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the store, this includes sales, staff, stock and resources management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales and costs are in line with the budget.
• Manage gross profit by ensuring shrinkage kept to budgeted amount.
• Support the stores annual budget process.
• Increase customer count by
• Log and action customers’ complaints daily.
• Ensure deliveries actioned promptly and accurately.
• Management and leadership of staff
• Maintain stock value at correct level for store size.
• Manage stock ordering process, KVI’s always in stock.
• Manage perpetual stock taking process.
• Ensure store security is maintained.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric.
• 10 years of retail management experience.
• Good computer skills a requirement.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for people and retail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High level of flexibility.
• Ability to adapt to different customers.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural talent for motivating and developing teams.

• Valid Drivers License and own car
