Our client, a well-known manufacturing organization is seeking to employ a HR administrator.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Ensure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for weekly & Monthly payroll.
- Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Dept Head timeously
- Processing of weekly & monthly Input accurately and on time
- Capturing of leave, training & Disciplinaries on R System
- Generate various reports as required g., overtime, leave, sick leave, training
- Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
- Assist weekly & monthly staff with medical aid queries, Loan applications
- Ensure that all H.R administration for Retirement Fund home Loans / Beneficiary forms / Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with Ad hoc R duties as required from time to time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 Qualification
- Incumbent must be computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook)
- Post-matric qualification e. H.R National Diploma
- Knowledge of applicable software e.: Kronos, Mpower; Saflec
- Knowledge of Labour Law Legislations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 2 - 5 years’ work experience in a similar position
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- People Management skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
