Ina Vermeulen - Project Co-ordinator
Ina has been with TSM Consulting since 2016 first on a part-time basis and since January 2018 in a full-time capacity. She coordinates projects such as employee engagement surveys, client service surveys and training, and assists with services and projects related to organisational and employee development as well as facilitating workshops when needed.
Ina has a social work background with more than 20 years of experience in the social work field, mainly child protection, as a social worker and social work manager. She was part of the development and coordination of several volunteer programmes, skills development, research projects focussing on OVC and HIV, and policies and procedures pertaining to child protection.

Bernice Nieuwoudt – Administrator
Bernice joined TSM Consulting in 2010 before leaving in 2013 and rejoining in 2016. Her main responsibilities are client liaison, debtors and creditors, designing marketing material, social media and all aspects of general administration.
Bernice has an administrative background with more than 13 years’ administration experience in various industries, i.e., automotive dealerships, risk management services, agriculture and transport logistics. She is very detailed orientated.

Theresa Olderwagen - Marketing Assistant
Theresa joined TSM Consulting in November 2021. Her main responsibilities are client liaison, assisting with marketing, and general administration.
Theresa has a sales and administrative background with 14 years’ experience in direct sales, administration, and corporate gifting.
